Data Deletion

How to delete your SimsClaw account and the personal data we hold, including data from Meta, Facebook, and Instagram connections.

Last updated: June 15, 2026SimsClaw Inc.

Delete your account in the app

If you still have access to SimsClaw, this is the fastest path.

1. Sign in
Open the SimsClaw app and sign in with the account you want deleted.
2. Open profile settings
Go to Settings → Profile.
3. Delete the account
In the Clerk account panel, open Account → Delete account and confirm. This removes your user profile and signs you out.

Disconnect Meta, Facebook, or Instagram first (optional)

If you only want to remove a social or ads connection — without deleting your whole SimsClaw account — disconnect it in the product.

Connections
Go to Settings → Connections, find Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, or the relevant social binding, and disconnect it. We revoke stored tokens for that connection and stop reading or publishing through it.
On Meta
You can also remove SimsClaw from your Facebook or Instagram account settings (Settings → Apps and websites / Business Integrations). That stops future access from Meta’s side; use the steps above or email us to delete data already stored in SimsClaw.

Request deletion by email

Email adir@simsclaw.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Include the email address on your SimsClaw account, the organization or website name if relevant, and whether you want your user account deleted, a specific Meta/Facebook/Instagram connection removed, or the full organization workspace deleted.

We verify that you control the account (or have authority for the organization), then delete or anonymize the applicable personal data. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What we delete

Account and profile
Your name, email, avatar, Clerk user identifiers, memberships, and sign-in access for that user.
Connected Meta data
OAuth tokens, page/profile bindings, ad-account selections, and cached Meta/Facebook/Instagram metadata stored for that connection.
Workspace content you own
When an organization is deleted, we remove associated sites, chats, agent runs, insights, CTAs, creatives, and connection credentials for that workspace, subject to the retention notes below.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or legal compliance — for example Stripe invoice identifiers, Morning tax documents, or anonymized audit metadata.

We do not keep Meta access tokens after a connection or account is deleted. We do not use your data to train foundation models.
