Terms of Use
These terms set the working rules for using SimsClaw, connecting marketing systems, and approving agent-proposed changes.
Using SimsClaw
SimsClaw provides AI-assisted marketing analysis, measurement review, content drafting, and implementation workflows for business websites.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these terms for the organization you use SimsClaw with.
Accounts and connected systems
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for ensuring that anyone you invite has appropriate authority.
When you connect Google, WordPress, GitHub, Shopify, or another provider, you confirm that you have permission to grant SimsClaw the requested access, manage those connected accounts, and use that provider under its own terms.
Approval-gated work
You approve customer-site changes before they execute. Agents may analyze data, draft recommendations, and prepare CTAs, but customer-site mutations require an approved CTA.
Approved CTAs run through deterministic execution paths. SimsClaw stores audit logs, execution results, and rollback information where the connected provider supports it.
- No silent publishing
- Agents do not autonomously publish CMS, GTM, analytics, or site changes outside the approval workflow.
- Rollback is provider-dependent
- We design changes to be reversible, but rollback capabilities depend on the connected CMS, tag manager, repository, or platform.
Customer responsibilities
- Review outputs
- You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, copy, tracking changes, and implementation previews before approving them.
- Protect sensitive data
- Do not submit unnecessary personal data, regulated data, secrets, or confidential third-party material into prompts, connected content, or support requests.
- Comply with laws
- You are responsible for your website, marketing claims, cookie notices, analytics configuration, advertising rules, accessibility obligations, and other laws that apply to your business.
AI outputs
AI-generated recommendations and drafts may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Use professional judgment before relying on them.
No legal, tax, financial, or professional advice is provided through SimsClaw, even when outputs discuss business, revenue, SEO, analytics, or compliance topics.
Billing
Paid plans, credits, renewals, refunds, taxes, and invoices are handled through the billing terms shown at checkout or in the product. Stripe processes payments. Morning may issue Israeli tax documents where applicable.
Acceptable use
Do not use SimsClaw to break laws, infringe rights, compromise security, scrape or attack systems, send spam, bypass access controls, or upload malware.
We may suspend or terminate access if use creates security, legal, operational, or platform risk.
Availability and changes
SimsClaw is in private beta. Features, integrations, limits, models, and pricing may change as the product evolves.
We may pause features for maintenance, security, provider limits, or reliability reasons.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SimsClaw disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
