Customer-site and customer-PII boundaries

We do not ask you to upload your customers' PII. SimsClaw is designed to analyze marketing pages, traffic aggregates, search performance, tags, CMS content, and approval history rather than end-customer records.

If you paste personal data into chat, page content, support requests, or connected tools, we may process that data to provide the service. Please avoid sending personal data that is not needed for the task.

How we use information

Operate the product
authenticate users, provision organizations, connect integrations, run agents, maintain conversations, and show approval queues.
Generate recommendations
crawl or read authorized site data, analyze analytics/search/tag configuration, create findings, draft CTAs, and verify approved implementation work.
Keep writes accountable
record approvals, deterministic execution results, rollback details, audit logs, and policy decisions for customer-site changes.
Bill and support customers
manage subscriptions, invoices, refunds, tax documents, quotas, customer support, fraud prevention, and operational notices.

Cookies and similar technologies

The marketing site uses a consent cookie and local storage entry to remember your cookie choices. Optional categories are analytics, preferences, and marketing.

The product app may use authentication, security, analytics, support, and billing cookies from SimsClaw and service providers when those features are enabled.

Service providers

We use service providers to run SimsClaw, including Clerk for authentication, Vercel for hosting, Postgres for product data, encrypted vault storage for integration credentials, Google for authorized GA4/GSC/GTM access, Stripe for payments, Morning for Israeli tax documents, Anthropic for LLM processing, Inngest for workflows, Sentry for error monitoring, and Langfuse for LLM observability.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train foundation models.

Security and retention

Integration credentials are stored in an encrypted vault. Site writes are approval-gated, logged, and designed to be reversible through provider-specific rollback paths where available.

We keep account, billing, audit, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent for optional cookies or communications.

To make a request, email adir@simsclaw.com. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act for the relevant organization before completing the request.

International processing

SimsClaw is built and operated from Israel and may process data in the United States, Europe, and other locations where our service providers operate.

Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, vendors, or legal requirements change. When changes are material, we will provide notice through the site, product, or email.
